About Us Howard & Jackie Campbell started the “Greetland Grasshoppers Flyball Club” in August 2000. The first competition took place eight months later, (in part due to the outbreak of foot & mouth) at Ryton-on-Dunsmore. |

Two Grasshopper teams participated in the competition,
the Greetland Grasshoppers, who came third and the Greedy Grasshoppers who
came first. This represented a brilliant start to the club. The club has a small group of long standing trainers and members who are dedicated to the success of the club. Our aim is to promote FLYBALL throughout Calderdale and to train dogs to a standard capable of competing in competition. Or, of course, just for fun! T.E.A.M.S (Together Everyone
